Infy Groups invites proposals from academic and industry professionals to organize and host scientific conferences worldwide. Whether you have a concept for a new event or require support with the logistics and management of an existing one, we welcome your interest and encourage you to submit a proposal.

Our team regularly reviews proposals, and we are currently accepting submissions for conferences scheduled in 2025 and 2026.

Focus Areas

Proposed conference themes should align with one or more of the following areas:

We specialize in hosting intimate, high-impact events with 50–100 participants, fostering an engaging, interactive environment. This format encourages deep discussion and collaboration throughout our two- to three-day programs.

Our venue team can also help identify suitable locations worldwide based on your preferences and availability.

Responsibilities of the Conference Chair

• As the Conference Chair, you will be responsible for:
• Defining the scientific theme and scope
• Recruiting keynote speakers and session chairs
• Reviewing submitted abstracts
• Shaping the agenda and conference program
• Preparing a post-conference report
